It has been well-known that Gen Y workers generally tend not to stay too long at any one company more than other generational group.  Results of a recent PricewaterhouseCoopers’ survey support this, but, also, indicate a decreasing differential between the generations as Gen Y have formed a greater appreciation of employment and employee benefits.
