As a not-for-profit professional association, WorldatWork is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, with visible and involved leadership by President Anne Ruddy, CCP, CPCU, and Management Team.

While individual staff units have clear accountabilities and responsibilities, staff members operate very much as a team across departmental lines. Business leaders drive development of products and services, and individuals from throughout the organization participate in ways that match their competencies and experience. Our staff culture fosters innovation, participation, new thinking, quick action, quality and execution. We encourage putting ideas into action, knowing that while some ideas will fail, many will be home runs.

WorldatWork staff consists of 130 employees organized in eight groups that are charged with executing the organizational strategy.
