U.S. Health-Care Reform Implementation

As a result of the enactment of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 several short-term and long-term changes will take effect. The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and other government agencies are charged with issuing regulatory guidance to help employers interpret many of the provisions; however, this guidance may not fully clarify the provisions, and many may roll out after compliance deadlines for employers have passed.

It’s important to stay up to date with the latest information about what changes go into effect when and which changes will affect your company’s plan specifically.

This Issue Tracker page focuses on the most recent articles, resources and information relating to recent health-care reform implementation in the United States.
