E-Binders and Bulk Binder Delivery Changes
In the coming months, WorldatWork will implement a change to the delivery of course materials. Course binders will be shipped directly to the event location for attendees to receive on the first day of the course. In addition, course participants will now have the opportunity to access the course binder electronically, as a PDF. The course binder will be accessible two weeks prior to the course start date or upon registration if you register within two weeks of the course.
This change comes after our initial rollout of bulk shipping course binders to Washington, D.C. and Phoenix/Scottsdale courses. Introducing e-binders and delivering physical binders in bulk to course locations will reduce mailing costs, streamline operations and enhance course participants’ educational experience. This process change will:
Ease the burden of course participants traveling with a bulky binder
Prevent participants from forgetting to bring the binder with them to the course
Eliminate return binder shipping fees for participants if they cancel
Eliminate binder shipping fees for participants who register late for the course
Ensure a more consistent experience among courses
Continue to offer access to course materials before the start date
E-binder and bulk binder delivery for two day courses will start in July with courses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Washington, D.C., and Chicago. This process change will roll out to other courses through 2008 and 2009.
If you have any questions about this delivery change, please contact WorldatWork Customer Relationship Services at customerrelations@worldatwork.org or call 877-951-9191.
