Course Binder Delivery Changes
For WorldatWork certification preparation courses held in Washington, D.C. and Phoenix/Scottsdale, course binders (and BAII calculator, if applicable) will be available for pick up at the course location. As of Jan. 1, 2008, WorldatWork will ship course binders directly to Washington, D.C. and Phoenix/Scottsdale course locations in an effort to:

• Ease the burden for participants of traveling with a bulky binder
• Eliminate return binder shipping fees for participants who cancel
• Eliminate binder shipping fees for participants registering late.
