What is the difference between CourseCast and CourseCast On-Demand?
A CourseCast is a live event via the Internet. Those that register are lead through class material by an instructor. Online certification courses meet three days a week for two weeks, two hours each day; online seminars meet two days for one week, three hours each day. You have access to the playback for 90 days after the live event.
CourseCast On-Demand is the playback of the live event. On-Demand products are accessible for 90-days to view and listen as your time allows.

What do I need to participate in CourseCast On-Demand?
When do I take my certification exam?
If you purchase a certification prep course package which includes the exam, you will receive a credit for an examination, which may be taken at a later date at any WorldatWork sponsored location. Your exam does not have to be related to the course taught.

When is the course binder sent?
The course binder will be sent two weeks prior to the first day of class. If registering less than two weeks before start of class, additional shipping costs may occur to have materials in time for the course.
CourseCast On-Demand purchasers will receive the course binder within 10-15 days of registering.
If I miss a session during a live CourseCast, when will I be able to access the playback of this session?
When attending a live CourseCast, you will receive access to each session’s playback within 24 hours of each live session.
How do I access my On-Demand product?
To access your On-Demand product(s) – go to www.worldatwork.org, login and click on “My Profile,” then select “My Online Education.”
