Alliance for Work-Life Progress created the Work-Life Innovative Excellence Award to showcase initiatives that demonstrate both excellence in enhancing and promoting work-life effectiveness, as well as achievement of organizational goals. Two or three winners are celebrated each year, but many more excellent applications come in than can possibly be recognized.
