All books are in stock unless otherwise noted.
In-stock orders received prior to 10 a.m. MST typically are shipped the same business day. In-stock orders received after 10 a.m. MST typically are shipped the next business day. Orders sent via fax or mail should be for standard shipment only. Expedited orders placed online should be completed by 9 a.m. MST.

Products must be returned in sellable condition. Course binders must remain in unopened shrink-wrapped packaging. Job Duty Classification Reports, Building Blocks, e-books, multimedia products, self-study binders and sale items are not returnable.
