The Rewards of Work: What Employees Value

The Rewards of Work
What Employees Value

Rewards of Work (ROW) is a major new study of the work attitudes of U.S. and Canadian employees. Co-Sponsored by WorldatWork and Sibson & Company, it examines attitudes toward a full range of monetary and nonmonetary rewards, along with the relationship between attitudes toward rewards of work and organization commitment, performance and retention.

The ROW study also investigates various special topics, including attitudes of high-technology employees, attitudes toward stock options and grants, generational differences, and attitudes toward organizational change.
